Who is responsible

Jorge Pastorini, trading as Global Academy Market, Montevideo, Uruguay ("we"), is responsible for personal information collected on globalacademymarket.com. Contact: support@globalacademymarket.com.

What we collect

• Purchase information: name, email, country and order details, collected by Hotmart at checkout and shared with us to deliver your product and provide support. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by email.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and the ad or link that brought you (UTM parameters).

Cookies and advertising pixels

Our guide pages use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to visits and purchases and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may use cookies and similar technology to collect information from your browser. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings and your browser settings.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, process refunds and answer support.
• To send emails about your purchase and, if you agree, related guides. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our site and ads.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Providers that run the business for us: Hotmart (checkout and delivery), Netlify (hosting), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), Porkbun (forwarding of our support email). We don't sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads can count as "sharing"; you can opt out by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently 5 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, Canada, Australia or New Zealand), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. Write to support@globalacademymarket.com. We answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your local privacy regulator.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and Brazil, with appropriate safeguards.

Children

Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
