I paid but didn't get my guide

Your access email is sent by Hotmart, our checkout provider, right after payment. Check spam or promotions and search for "Hotmart". Not there after 15 minutes? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll send your access.

How do I open the PDF on my phone?

Tap the download link in the email. On iPhone it opens in Safari; tap Share → Save to Files or Books to keep it. On Android it opens in your PDF viewer. You can also print it.

Why does my statement say "Hotmart"?

Payments are processed by Hotmart, so your card statement may show "Hotmart" instead of our name.

How do I get a refund?

Ask within 30 days of purchase, by email or from your Hotmart purchase page. You get the full amount back. See the refund policy.

Is this a physical book?

No. Our guides are digital PDFs with digital bonuses. Nothing is shipped.
