2. What we sell
Digital products: downloadable PDF guides and digital bonuses. Nothing is shipped. Each product page shows what is included and the price in US dollars before checkout.
3. Checkout and payment
Payments are processed by Hotmart, a third-party platform. When you buy, you also accept Hotmart's terms and privacy policy. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your statement may show "Hotmart".
4. Delivery
Access is sent by email right after payment is confirmed. If you don't receive it, contact support and we'll resend it.
5. Refunds
Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
6. License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the guide for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute our guides, in whole or in part, without written permission. You may sell the things you make by following a guide.
7. Results and safety
Results depend on you and are not guaranteed. Our results disclaimer forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, and disputes go to the courts of Montevideo, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
